Position Vacancy - Bookseller (Grade 2, 1707 Union)

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting age-appropriate books and also make related toy recommendations
  • Cash register duties
  • Maintain and stock book sections
  • Continued familiarity with current children’s and educational literature

Qualifications

  • Excellent knowledge of children’s books
  • Book experience required
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Knowledge of IBID is helpful
  • Must be able to work 40 hours per week, with evening and weekend hours and be available during all holidays.
  • Must be able to lift 25 lbs

Salary        Commensurate on experience
