Advisor in the City College Workshop Center’s Open Corridor Program.  Founding director of the Garden State Teacher Center.  Classroom teacher in public and independent schools in California and New York City.

Recent professional development in China, Nepal, Sikkim, Singapore, Taiwan, Laos, Cambodia, Jakarta, and Rwanda.  Curriculum developer with and external evaluator for the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme.   Science consultant to WGBH/TV’s Zoom and Fetch science programs.
