POCOC, (Parents of Children of Color), in collaboration with The Cathedral School's POSOC invites you for a screening and discussion honoring the life of Bayard Rustin, architect of the March on Washington and openly gay civil rights activist.

1047 Amsterdam Ave at 110th Street

5:30 PM: Wine & cheese reception

6:00 PM: 50-minute film & panel discussion

Brother OutsiderBrother Outsider is a highly acclaimed, multiple award wining documentary honoring the life and work of Bayard Rustin. Don't pass up on the opportunity to see this powerful and inspirational film and discuss its implications to our current civil rights struggles.

Suggested donation of $10 per person, with all proceeds going to the Bayard Rustin Fund, Inc., a non-profit dedicated to teaching younger generations about civil and human rights, peace and nonviolence, and respect for others, regardless of race or sexual orientation.
