Parent / Toddler Groups

The parent / toddler groups are designated by development level of the child. It is funded by the New York City Early Intervention System. The group is designed to integrate the child socially, as well as provide an educational support group for parents.

  • The group begins as a whole, including the child, parent, and special educator. The parents then join together with a social worker to form a parent support group while a special educator continues with the child group.
  • The group reconvenes to play and sing the Goodbye song together.
