Incomplete Grades
Students are expected to complete the work for a course by the end of the term in which it is taken. If, however, a student finds that he or she is unable to finish assignments within the term, he or she may request a grade of Incomplete (IN) and additional time to complete the course work.
Incompletes are granted at the discretion of the instructor and are only considered if the student has done satisfactory work up to that point. If granted, the student and instructor must agree on a final due date for submission of the outstanding work, and complete an Incomplete Grade Request form. To receive credit for the course, the student must complete all requirements by the date set.
