  • How do I reset my password?

  • How do I make a reservation for laptops and other equipment?

    Members of the graduate school make requests through Esperanza Olivio at eolivo@bankstreet.edu. All other community members, please complete this form. You will receive an email from the Help Desk confirming your request. 

  • How do I make arrangements for event support?

    For any event that requires the full-time support of a technicain, please complete this form two weeks prior to your event. 

  • How do I purchase equipment?

    Please send an email with the following information to helpdesk@bankstreet.edu:

    • Description of item needed or a link to the item on the internet
    • The person responsible for the budget in your division (for approval)
    • Date equipment is neeeded by
    • Where equipment needs to be installed
  • How do I access and/or edit my courses in my.bankstreet.edu?

    As of Summer 01, 2014 all courses can be found in my.bankstreet.edu. You can access courses using your existing my.bankstreet.edu username and password. If you need help accessing your account, please contact the Help Desk. 

    To learn how to use my.bankstreet.edu, we have a variety of support options:

    • The Bank Street YouTube channel has dozens of brief tutorials. All tutorials are available in HD. 
    • Written/printable instructions for faculty
