I joined Bank Street in 2000, when I became the Assistant Director of Information Technology and my primary responsibility was in Infrastructure and Communication Technology. Before Bank Street, I worked at Hofstra University giving me a total of 17 years experience with technology in higher education.

In October 2011, I became Interim Director responsible for the wide range of services IT delivers to the College community - administrative systems, help desk, infrastructure, instructional support, and web.

Managing requirements for operational excellence, customer service, and innovation has its challenges, but I am surrounded by a dedicated and enthusiastic IT department; this makes hard work a bit more enjoyable.
