Hello all, I joined the Bank Street College IT department as a Help Desk Technician in the summer of 2013. I have been a professional in the IT field for over 10 years and for the past 6 years served primarily as an IT consultant and worked on a wide array of IT projects. I believe customer support is extremely important and I will be sure to provide professional and courteous support to all Bankstreet Faculty and Staff. Honor, Integrity, Commitment and Trust are words that I believe in, live by and will bring to the IT team.
