I am your friendly neighborhood Jr. Help Desk Technician! When you decide to call up the Bank Street College Help Desk with your IT related questions, chances are I will be on the other end of the phone. When I am not fielding Help Desk questions or out and about solving technical issues, I am more than likely to be taking a PC or Mac apart and troubleshooting hardware problems. My first operating system was Windows 3.0 and since then it has been a wild ride through several iterations of Windows OS and Mac OS, as well as a good number of desktop gaming PC builds. I am CompTIA A+ certified and am currently working on procuring my Network+ certification.

My current projects at the Help Desk include developing our Help Desk appointment calendar system, optimizing our ticketing system, and making continual efforts to improve  the quality of Help Desk service with the Bank Street community.

When I am not at Bank Street I am likely to be in class at Columbia University where I am enrolled part-time pursuing my Master's Degree in Social Anthropology with a regional focus on Japanese culture and civil society.
