I became a member of the Bank Street College community in June of 2000. I started as an End User Support Specialist. With the opening of Bank Street North, I migrated north as the Technical Support Analyst. Within the last year I returned to the main building as the Senior System Administrator. 

As System Administrator, my duties are wide-ranging. I am charged with installing, supporting and maintaining servers, other computer systems, and planning for and responding to service outages and other problems.
