Ana Tiburcio, LMSW, Director
Ana received her Master's degree in Social Work from Hunter College and is a Licensed Social Worker. For more than ten years, in various roles, Ana's career has centered around the work of Liberty LEADS. As once an instructor and program developer, she exhibits an unwavering passion and expertise that guides the continued success of Liberty LEADS. Prior to joining Bank Street she worked with children in foster care.
Lijia Collado, Office Manager
Lijia is primarily responsibility for coordinating project logistics, including scheduling and arranging all activities. Lijia Collado has served as the Office Manager for the Liberty LEADS Program since 1997. Prior to her work with Liberty LEADS, Ms. Collado worked for Bryan, Gonzalez & Vargas.
Alyssa Lyons, High School Advisor
Alyssa received her Master's degree in Politics and Education from Teachers College, Columbia University. Prior to working with Liberty LEADS, Alyssa worked as an instructor, tutor, and curriculum developer for a college access program for low-income youth of color at the City University of New York (CUNY).
Gina M. Jones, High School Advisor
Gina received her Master's degree in Guidance and Counseling from The College of New Rochelle (New Rochelle campus), where she also recieved her Bachelor's degree. She has a New York State permanent certification in School Counseling.
Charlie Ritchie, Program Counselor
Charlie has worked in youth development for more than 13 years. Prior to joining Liberty LEADS, he worked with Daytop Village, Andrus Children’s Center, and the Police Athletic League. As an Experiential Educator, he brings an expertise in program development designed to challenge students, while encouraging leadership and teamwork. He earned a Master’s degree from Prescott College in Experiential and Adventure Education.
