Fall Fair Thank You

Congratulations  and thank you to Fall Fair Chair and SFC parent Richard Katz, the entire parent leadership team, and all of the parent volunteers who helped to make the Fall Fair such a success this year. A very special thanks to the College's Facilities team who also supported the event with their help throughout the day. As a community-wide event and fundraiser, the Fall Fair is an important tradition in the life of the SFC -- so thank you for your support!

School Photos Online and Available to View/Order

Earlier this week, you should have received an email from Stomping Ground Photo with a direct link to your child's photos. For those of you who did not, you can view your photos by going to http://www.stompinggroundphoto.com/. Click LOGIN: the KEYWORD is "bank" and the ONLINE CODE is "child'sfirstname+6 digit birthdate" (i.e. noah092207).  To view sibling photos, click on the change gallery button on the lower left hand side of the screen. To view your child’s class photo, enter the keyword "bank2" and the online code "groups." To order photos, click on the Products icon. The school's fundraising deadline for orders is Monday, November 12. 

Re-takes and makeups will be taken on Monday, November 5. If you would like a retake, please contact Katie Peshut at kpeshut@bankstreet.edu or 212-875-4522 by Wednesday, October 31. Contact Stomping Ground at help@stompinggroundphoto.com or 212-995-9379 for assistance. 

Staffing News

Emma McDowell, our Alumni and Development Associate, who works with Tiffani Harris and Carla Scheele at Bank Street North, has accepted a new position in New York City at the national education non-profit, Computers for Youth. Her last day will be this Friday, October 19. Please join us in wishing Emma the best of luck with this next step in her career. We will be conducting a search for her replacement in the coming weeks.
