Celebrate Black History Month!

During February 2013, The Pemberton Society invites the Bank Street Community to celebrate Black History Month.

Bank Street’s Lobby exhibit space will feature an exhibition on the Penn Center, one of the most significant African-American historical and cultural institutions in existence today.

The Penn Center’s mission is to preserve the history and culture of the Carolina Sea Islands and the Gullah people.
