Some of the Values that Shape My Work
I am committed to helping each potential leader, whether at the site or district level, to understand his/her important role in guiding faculty and all students to become effective and productive citizens, teachers and learners in the global society. This includes developing and guiding parents and members of the community to understand their roles in accomplishing these values for all students. I resolve to build on the strengths of each individual, enabling him/her to provide clear and definitive goals and strategies to accomplish significant outcomes. Each individual will be able to make relevant observations and evaluations and use the power of reflection to accomplish his/her outcomes.
