Bernice Guevara has been working at Head Start since 2001. She started at Bank Street Head Start as an assistant teacher in 2010. She holds an associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Borough Manhattan Community College and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from City College of New York. Her experience has been both fascinating and rewarding by giving back to the community in which she was born and raised.
