Christian Pappas is the grants development associate within the Development and Alumni Relations Office. Christian has over a decade of experience within the social impact and workforce development sectors; he has dedicated his career to empowering marginalized communities throughout New York City. His work focuses on creating equitable opportunities for underrepresented populations.
Christian has designed and implemented social impact programs that provide essential resources, targeted support, and clear career pathways, enabling participants to achieve stability and long-term success. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Vassar College and a master’s degree from Teachers College, Columbia University.
