Gaia Porcella (she/her/hers) has worked at the Bank Street Family Center since 2020. She loves that she learns something new every day. She absolutely enjoys her time in the classroom with the kids and learning about family dynamics and how to be a better educator. Before joining the Family Center community, Gaia worked at The Learning Experience. Prior to that, she worked at a home daycare in Inwood. She enjoys spending time with her family, her partner, and her cat. Gaia also loves to travel, see new places, and learn about different cultures. She was born in Sardinia, Italy and she did most of her schooling in Italy. She spent her childhood in Hawaii and is the youngest of four children.
