Katie Connelly serves as the Vice President, Planning and Communications. In this role, she supports the College’s partnership development efforts, oversees College-wide data and analytics, and manages communications and marketing work for Bank Street. Katie previously served as the Chief of Staff to the President for eight years, supporting the implementation of high-priority initiatives and facilitating coordination across the College.
Prior to joining Bank Street, Katie spent five years working for the New York City Department of Education. Across several different roles, Katie’s work focused on project management and communications for large instructional initiatives, including supporting professional development for over 15,000 teachers citywide and working on the launch of a platform for New York City educators to access instructional resources.
Katie holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a BA from Yale University. During her graduate studies, Katie focused on education and non-profit management.
